Free. No pressure. No cracking, needles or machines.

"I had shoulder pain for almost two years. I'd seen others before with no real result. Nadeem got me pain-free."Dr. Bhoite · client · results vary

It feels better for a few days. Then it comes back.

Maybe you've stretched. Maybe you've tried physio, chiro or massage. Maybe you've taken pills.

It helps for a bit. Then it's back. When you sit too long. When you sleep. When you lift your kids. When you try to get through a full day at work.

And there's a quiet worry in the back of your mind: "Am I just going to put up with this for the rest of my life?"

Here's something most people never get told.

A joint can look fine and still give way

A folding table can look strong just by looking at it. That tells you nothing.

To really know if it works, you lock the hinge and put pressure on it at a certain angle. If it still folds, that leg is not working right, even though it looked fine.

Your joints can work the same way. A joint can look fine and move fine, then give way when it's put under pressure. Your body finds a way around it. Other parts pick up the slack, day after day.

That's why I test. Not guess. Test.

The Folding Table Test

At your free visit, I test 1 or 2 major joints linked to where you hurt, under pressure. Each test gets a score out of 10. 10 means the joint is strong and working fully. 7 is a pass. You see it with your own eyes: which joints hold, and which ones give way.

  1. Test. I test 1 or 2 major joints linked to where you hurt, under pressure, and give each a score out of 10.
  2. Correct. You get exercises to get the weak ones working again. You do them at home, with my videos.
  3. Re-test. I test again and compare to your first scores, so we both know if it's working.

At your free visit, I test only 1 or 2 major joints linked to where you hurt. The full head-to-toe test of every major joint is part of the paid 90-minute assessment.

Why this is different from what you've tried

Stretching, massage and other hands-on care can help you feel better. They have their place. If you hurt yourself recently, hands-on care is often the right first step.

This is something else. It's exercise therapy. I don't crack, rub or use needles or machines. I don't just look at where it hurts. I check how your body works, joint by joint, and help you get it working the way it should. Some of my clients see other providers too.

Who I am

I'm Nadeem Tejani, an Exercise Therapist and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I work one-on-one with clients in a private room at 1585 Markham Rd, Scarborough.

No busy clinic floor. No being passed between people. Just you, me, and your test scores.

What you get from your free visit, even if you never come back

Have work benefits? Many jobs have a wellness or personal spending account that may pay for this. Here's how to check.

Real clients, in their own words

"I had shoulder pain for almost two years. I'd seen others before with no real result. Nadeem got me pain-free. He is excellent at his craft."Dr. Bhoite · client
"Within a few weeks, the pain started to fade — not because of a quick fix, but because we corrected what was actually causing it."Usman Butt · client
"My pain decreased by 90% — I can work full days again without thinking about my back."Abdul, mechanic in training · client

These are real clients and their own words. Everyone is different. I don't promise pain results. My promise is below.

My promise

We aim for each major joint we work on to reach at least 7 out of 10 on my joint function test, on its own, by the end of your program. We retest, and adjust your plan if it is not there yet, as long as you do your home exercises.

This is a joint function score, not a pain score. I can't promise how your pain will change, or when. Conditions apply: some injuries and health conditions limit what a joint can do. If that applies to you, I'll tell you at your assessment, before you start.

Here's exactly what happens next

  1. Pick a time below. Your visit is confirmed as soon as you book.
  2. You will get a reminder before your visit. I will ask what you have tried so far at your visit, and someone will contact you only if your time clashes with a phone booking, to move it.
  3. Come to Suite #401, 4th Floor, 1585 Markham Rd. Wear clothes you can move in.
  4. I test 1 or 2 major joints linked to where you hurt, and show you what I find. Then you decide. No pressure.

I see one person at a time, so free visit times are limited.

What happens after the free visit

Your free visit is free. If we find something worth working on, the next step is a full 90-minute assessment, $140. That is the full head-to-toe test, not just the 1 or 2 joints from the free visit.

After your assessment, I will tell you what program fits, a 4-week or 6-week plan, and what it costs, based on what we found and what you can do in that time. The plan is built from your test scores, not a generic routine, so you are working on the part that is actually holding you back.

Questions people ask before they book

Is it covered by insurance?

Regular insurance doesn't cover this the way it covers physio. But many jobs have a wellness or personal spending account that may pay for fitness coaching and fitness checks.

How to check: open your benefits app or website. Look for a "Personal Spending," "Wellness" or "Lifestyle" account. If it lists fitness or personal training, you may be able to claim my sessions.

Your first visit is free, so there's nothing to claim yet. Bring your questions and we'll look at your plan together.

Is this physio, chiro or massage?

No. It's exercise therapy. I test how your joints work, give you exercises, and re-test. No cracking, no needles, no machines.

How many visits will I need?

I don't promise a number. Everyone is different. We re-test against your first scores, so you can see if it's working. If it isn't, we change the plan.

I've had this pain for years. Can you still help?

Some of my clients had pain for years before they came in. At your free visit, I'll test you and tell you honestly if I think I can help.

Do I need a doctor's note?

No. You can book yourself.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in, like for a walk or the gym.

Hurt yourself in the last few weeks, or have numbness, weakness, or bladder or bowel changes? Please see your doctor first.

P.S. Short version: when back pain keeps coming back, some joints may not be working the way they should. One free visit shows you which ones give way under pressure. It costs you nothing.

If you do nothing, nothing changes. You keep doing what hasn't worked. At your free visit, we test 1 or 2 major joints linked to where you hurt, and show you the scores.
